How to report a bug
Found something broken, confusing, or out of place? Please start a new thread in this forum for each issue. A clear title helps others find existing reports before opening a duplicate.
Include these details
- Where it happened: a link to the page or the feature you were using.
- Device and browser: for example, iPhone, Safari, and portrait or landscape.
- Steps to reproduce: what you clicked or typed, in order.
- Expected result: what you thought should happen.
- Actual result: what happened instead, including any error message.
- How often: every time, occasionally, or once.
- Screenshot: attach one if it helps show the problem.

Please remove passwords, private conversation text, email addresses, and other personal details from screenshots. For a sensitive security issue, contact an administrator privately instead of posting exploit details here.
We will review reports, try to reproduce them, and track confirmed problems through a tested fix. Suggestions for new features are welcome as separate discussions, with a clear suggestion title.
