http 500 error

Page or feature: Friday's live chat thread
Device and browser: Desktop Brave Browser
Steps to reproduce: Went to planning page. Brought up Friday's live chat page. Tried to upload banner image. I did edit the post with text and save.
Expected result: image uploaded
Actual result: error message. No file uploaded
How often: tried three times to upload image
Screenshot or error message: Http 500

Should be fixed now. It was caused by a test I was running last night.
