Picking time zone

Device and browser: mobile phone, Brave browser
Steps to reproduce: profile-time preferences
Expected result: few timezones around the world
Actual result: too many choices
How often:
Screenshot or error message: This is not an error, but a cumbersome procedure on my phone. I had to scroll and scroll and scroll to find Eastern time zone. Default is Chicago ( USA Central ? ) and I wanted to change.

I’ll work on that tomorrow.
