Recent Oddness

I drove my mom up into PA to see a friend of her's that's been having health issues. Once we were able to sneak away from the house, we went to a tour of a Civil War era house. While listening to the lady doing the tour, i saw something move behind me in the adjacent room. Little strange but nothing would've explained the movement and it was enough for me turn around slowly. Everyone else was inside the small room while i stood in the doorway.

While at my mom's friend's house, she stated multiple times her house may be haunted. I didn't feel any ill vibes but at one point, i swore i heard voices coming from the front of the house.

Last night i had a dream of my childhood house. Pretty strange dream as i had a feeling of confusion the entire time. I could not find my keys, i realized i was late for work and could not bring myself to leave and at one point, i entered a bedroom and a pillow was suspended in mid air. It kind of annoyed me so, i swatted it back down and walked out of the room. As i left the room to continue my search for the keys and work clothes, i said out loud, that'll be enough of that!

It was more confusion and annoyance than feeling trapped. The house was very different in this dream. Once again, it felt like another life or version of what i used to know. There was a beautiful pavered area with lounge chairs and tables and the driveway was extended. For some reason i had three vehicles parked there so it certainly felt like i lived there.

Each time i revisit that place, it feels like ' home ' though there is always a nagging feeling of not being right. The odd part is always feeling confusion at first, followed by the realization i own the house. The oppressive feeling preceding My Friend has not returned, though knowing something is there is usually present. The floating pillow thing was the most direct sign that something was inside with me.
