Oz, remember...this is about you. How you choose to deal with them. Do you allow them space in your energy? Or will you choose to banish them from your space and energy?
Write the following words clearly on a clean piece of paper, naming the energy, habit, or situation you wish to release

To perform the rite, begin by folding the paper away from the body to symbolically push unwanted energy outward. Next, if choosing to burn the paper, ensure it is done safely by placing the paper in a large, fireproof bowl or cauldron made of metal, ceramic, or glass. If burning is not preferred, the paper can be torn into small pieces to achieve a similar effect. Complete the spiritual separation by disposing of the remains either by scattering them into the wind or flushing them away ensuring that any fire is completely extinguished with water or sand beforehand. Finally, ventilate the room with fresh air to clear the stagnation and welcome positive energy back into the space.
